Point of Contact Designation

We establish ourselves as a designated point of contact between client and their nominated service provider through our agreement signed by both parties i.e Client and their Services provider. This agreement clearly outlines our role, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

Invoicing and Payment (OPTIONAL)

We take care of the invoicing process. This includes generating invoices that encompass our point of contact service fee and any other agreed-upon services fee between the Client and its nominated service provider as per our agreement. We collect payments directly from the client. Essentially, the client receives one invoice from us, which combines our service fee and the external service provider’s fee, as agreed upon.

Payment to Overseas Provider (OPTIONAL)

Once we receive payment from the client, the external service provider invoices us separately for their service fee portion. We reimburse the service provider for this agreed-upon portion. This approach simplifies administrative tasks for the client and its service provider, ensures timely payment to the service provider, and streamlines the entire process for all parties involved.

Communication Facilitation

Managing real-time communication through ClickUp’s centralized platform, resolving conflicts, ensuring project updates, and acting as a liaison between the client and their overseas team on need basis.

Scalability and Flexibility ( at extra cost and as agreed on for case by case basis)

Offering the option to add new job descriptions or expand the system as the client’s needs grow, accommodating future scalability requirements.

Value-Added Collaboration (Optional and at extra cost as agreed on case by case basis through separate agreement)

Beyond the immediate point of contact service, showcasing the potential for future collaborations, custom workflow services, and support in optimizing processes.

Continuous Support
